Duck

Okay... I actually don't have the diagram for you, guys. It was found in a book. The title is "ORIGAMI OMNIBUS" by Kunihiko Kasahara. It's a great book, because you can found more complex origami mix with easier ones. It also explain briefly how to create and fold base from the developmental drawings. Easy origami books are easy to found. It's more complicate to get complex origami books. You almost need to command online.

I love how it looks 3D.

Sculpture - Crane and muscles

This sculpture was one of our final projects.

It has been modified tree times.

First, we had to sculpt a skull with approximately the dimension of our.
Next, we transformed one side to study the muscles of the human face.
Finally, we were asked to use a bit of imagination. The last step was to modify the muscle or skull part with some characteristics of an animal head.
I modified the skull part, so that it takes some aspects of the armadillo.

That was truly an interesting project.

This sculpture was done with clay.

Pinguin

I just finished making this pinguin. I used black watercolor painting for the black part. The black palette is kind of new, because I never use black for my painting. This pinguin is composed of many origami bases. It isn't that complex to make. I'm free!! School just ended. I hoped to be able to create at least one new post by day. Easy to say...

First try... Papercrafting! Link from Zelda- Four Swords Link

This is my first completed papercraft. The very first was a disaster. I used a light paper and it didn't work, because it was a bird with long legs. The paper was too light to make the bird stands. I was too exited to begin and I wasn't equipped, using one-sided tape instead of glue.

For this one, I still wasn't equipped of card stock. I used 20 lbs paper. I bought some glue stick. The result was potable. That make it quite difficult to close shapes. I also didn't know how to stick the head and the boots with the body... Instructions were in japanese... I still enjoyed building it.

This is Link from "Zelda- Four Swords Link"

My last oil painting up up to now. It's been a while since I made a new one. I am quite short of time because of school and I also need to pratice digital art to be more at ease with graphic tablet. I am making some watercolor painting meantime, because it require less preparation.
